Experience

Reward Gateway (an Edenred company)
London · Employee engagement app (recognition, wellbeing, benefits & discounts), built in React Native
Senior Product Designer Apr 2026 – Present Full-time

Rebuilt the product's design system on a live app after three inherited design languages collided post-acquisition, auditing every primitive and pattern, defining a token structure and core component library, and setting the governance model that gave the team confidence to guide other squads rather than choosing between conflicting patterns. Untangled 12 inconsistent variations of checkboxes, radios and chips into one coherent, accessible selection system used from a 7-day habit logger to a 20-option recognition flow, with colour and state tokens (default, hover, pressed, disabled, error) built with accessibility and contrast in mind from the start. Cut drop-off in the multi-factor authentication flow from 22% to 7% by reframing a security requirement as a UX problem: research, flow mapping and a simpler, better-timed journey. Run weekly design reviews across the App Commerce and Goals & Challenges squads, holding incoming work to shared patterns and quality standards, and consulted on the single-app migration, bringing the former Wellbeing+ wearable fitness product in line with the app's patterns. Contributed a concept app and promotional video to the pitch that supported the company's £1.15bn sale to Edenred.
